How does MyDeal shop & earn work?
When you purchase eligible products on MyDeal you can earn credit back into your MyDeal Account. Simply look out for products with the label 'Earn __% credit back on this product' and once you have purchased we will add the percentage amount of the product's value into your MyDeal Account so you can use it towards your next purchase.
After I make my purchase with MyDeal, when will the credit appear in my account?
14 Days after your purchase any MyDeal credit you have earned will be added to the My Wallet in your account. We’ll send you an email to let you know when it’s available.
Can I earn MyDeal credit on shipping costs?
No. MyDeal credit is earnt on the total price of the products before shipping and after coupon discounts.
How do I see my account’s MyDeal credit balance?
To see your balance simply login to MyDeal and go to the My Wallet section in your account.
How do I apply MyDeal credit to my purchase?
At the checkout first ensure you are logged into your MyDeal account. Once logged in your available credit will be automatically applied to the purchase.
Can I choose how much of MyDeal credit I wish to apply to my purchase?
This feature is not available at this time. You can choose whether to apply your full MyDeal credit balance or none at all to your purchase. This can be done by ticking or unticking the “Apply available MyDeal credit” checkbox on the checkout page.
Can I use a coupon code with MyDeal credit in the same purchase?
Yes absolutely. You will be prompted to apply your MyDeal credit balance to the purchase and to enter an eligible coupon code at different points in the checkout process.
Can I cash my MyDeal credit out?
No. Your MyDeal credit balance can only be spent on MyDeal and is not eligible for exchange for cash.
Does my MyDeal credit expire?
Your MyDeal credit balance expires 90 days after its credited to your account.
