I must confess I have no idea what all the extra bits are for but this is, hands down the BEST massage device ever. It’s easy to use, the charge seems to hold for a lengthy time (weeks) and the device is easy to hold and reach those “hard to reach” places on your back and shoulder blades. Fantastic device.
